TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of isaeva.xyz ("Isaeva", "we", or "us"). They govern the website, software, documentation, licenses, updates, support and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing or redeeming a license, downloading, accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. isaeva.xyz is the only official Isaeva domain.

1. Authorized Purpose & Acceptable Use

Isaeva is provided exclusively for lawful development, debugging, defensive security research, exploit detection, authorized game penetration testing and improvement of anti-cheat or other security controls. An "Authorized Environment" is a system, game, application or experience that you own and control or that its owner has expressly authorized you in writing to test within a defined target, scope, method and time period.

Authorized testing may include controlled attempts to bypass anti-cheat protections solely to identify, reproduce and fix weaknesses within that written scope. The same activity outside that scope is prohibited.

Before every use, you represent and warrant that:

• You have current, valid authorization covering the exact target and testing activity.
• You will stay within the authorized scope and stop when authorization ends or is withdrawn.
• You will keep evidence of authorization and provide it to us if reasonably requested.
• You will follow all applicable laws, platform rules, contracts and third-party rights.
• You will protect affected data, minimize impact and disclose findings responsibly to the owner or operator.

Authorization to use Isaeva is not authorization to test any third-party environment. We do not authorize, encourage or approve access to or interference with anything outside an Authorized Environment.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use, attempt to use, help another person use or provide the Service:

• Outside an Authorized Environment or beyond the written scope of authorization.
• For any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful purpose.
• To cheat, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate rankings or economies, evade bans or disrupt legitimate users.
• To evade, disable or bypass anti-cheat, access controls or security protections except where specifically authorized for testing.
• To obtain unauthorized access, scan, probe, modify, damage, overload or disrupt any account, device, system, network or service.
• To steal or misuse credentials, tokens, cookies, personal data, intellectual property or confidential information.
• To create, deliver or support malware, ransomware, phishing, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, surveillance or data theft.
• To harass, threaten, exploit, deceive or harm any person or entity.
• To publish, sell or deploy a vulnerability or weaponized exploit in a way that foreseeably enables unauthorized harm.
• To violate sanctions, export controls, payment restrictions or other trade-compliance requirements.
• To attack our infrastructure, defeat license or device controls, falsify requests or interfere with operation of the Service.
• To distribute, share, sublicense, rent, resell or provide access to an account, license, file or protected part of the Service.

3. License & Intellectual Property

While your license is active and you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to use the Service. No ownership is transferred. Isaeva and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its code, design, branding and documentation.

Except where mandatory law expressly permits it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, create derivative works from, remove proprietary notices from or commercially exploit the Service. You may not offer the Service as a commercial testing service without our prior written approval.

4. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If the age of legal majority where you live is higher, that higher age applies. You may not use the Service if applicable law, sanctions or another binding restriction prohibits you from doing so.

5. Accounts, Licenses & Device Binding

Accounts and licenses are personal to one user. You are responsible for accurate account information, confidential credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We are not responsible for activity caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

A license may be bound to one device to prevent sharing and abuse. Reset availability and frequency may be limited. Sharing an account or license, falsifying a device identifier or bypassing binding controls is a material breach of these Terms.

6. Your Responsibility & Third-Party Content

You alone select the targets, scripts, code, data, techniques and actions used with the Service. You are responsible for reviewing them, testing safely, maintaining backups, limiting impact and obtaining every required permission. Third-party scripts, content and research are not created, reviewed, endorsed or controlled by Isaeva merely because they can be used with the Service. Use them at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your acts and omissions and for consequences including data loss, account restrictions, bans, enforcement action, third-party claims or damage caused by your use or misuse. These Terms do not release Isaeva from responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Support, Reports & Enforcement

Support is limited to authorized use. We may refuse support, request evidence of authorization, investigate credible misuse reports, restrict access, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests. We have no duty to monitor every use and do not assume responsibility for conduct merely because we can suspend an account. Report suspected misuse through our official contact channel.

8. Payments, Resellers & Consumer Rights

Licenses are prepaid for the period shown at purchase. Authorized resellers may apply their own billing terms and initially handle payment or refund questions. We may review any license, account, payment or refund matter directly. Prices and future plans may change, but a change does not shorten an already activated paid term.

Cryptocurrency checkout is provided by XPTP. By using it, you also accept the XPTP Terms and confirm that you meet its age, location, sanctions and other eligibility restrictions. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. You are responsible for the correct network, asset, address, amount, deadline and fees. We are not responsible for user errors, network congestion, unsupported transfers or payment-provider outages, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, an activated or delivered digital license is final and non-refundable. If you request immediate activation or delivery, you expressly consent to performance beginning before any statutory withdrawal period ends. For digital content, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right will end when performance begins if the legal requirements are met. If the purchase is legally treated as a service or mandatory law provides otherwise, the applicable withdrawal and proportional-payment rules apply. Conformity guarantees and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. A refund revokes the related license. We may suspend a disputed license while investigating and may terminate access for a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute, but this does not limit a legitimate statutory right.

9. Third-Party Platforms & No Affiliation

Isaeva is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by any third-party game, platform, developer, publisher or system owner. References to third-party names or marks identify compatibility or context only and do not imply a relationship. Using the Service grants no third-party permission. Obtaining it is entirely your responsibility.

10. Availability, Changes & Compatibility

We may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance or operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with any game, platform, engine, client or operating system. Third parties may change, monitor, restrict or block their systems at any time. We are not responsible for their enforcement actions, bans, interruptions or incompatible updates.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is supplied "as is" and "as available" without express, implied or statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement or security. We do not guarantee that a test will find every vulnerability, that a defense will stop every attack, or that any use is lawful for your circumstances. The Service is not legal advice and does not replace professional review or written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isaeva and its operator, personnel, affiliates, licensors and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or business opportunity arising from the Service or its use, inability to use or misuse.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by us, or mandatory product and consumer rights. Where liability for ordinary negligence cannot be excluded, it is limited to breach of an essential contractual obligation and to damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. In every other case where a cap is lawful, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business users and organizations will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Isaeva and its operator, personnel, affiliates, licensors and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs caused by their unauthorized or unlawful use, their scripts or content, their breach of these Terms, or their infringement of another person's rights. Consumers remain responsible for their own conduct only as provided by applicable law. This section does not cover loss caused by Isaeva.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may immediately suspend, restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, used the Service outside authorized scope, violated third-party rules or were credibly linked to misuse. Your license ends upon termination. No refund is due for termination caused by your breach unless mandatory law requires one. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. It is a notice and does not reduce any right provided by applicable data-protection law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or Service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new date and, where reasonably possible or legally required, additional notice. Changes apply prospectively. We will request fresh acceptance when required by law. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent legally valid.

17. General Terms

These Terms, including the Acceptable Use rules above, are the entire agreement about the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. You may not assign your rights without our written consent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Mandatory protections available to consumers where they live remain unaffected.
